Some Food to Relieve Stress
Every day we are always faced with various problems, it will create stress. So to deal with such stress we are biased to consume foods that can help reduce even these foods can nourish our bodies. Here are some foods that:
1. Spinach
According to Beth Reardon, RD, nutrition expert at Duke Integrative Medicine in Durham, North Carolina, three bowls of spinach could supply 40 percent of magnesium, which is a mineral that can reduce the effects of stress in the body by preventing the blood pressure soaring. Enter the spinach in an omelet or a sandwich if you do not really like to eat it separately.
